Who operates the site and acceptance of the terms

premierspoke operates this website as a commercial service providing professional media feeds, video operations, live signal management, content distribution, camera work and high-quality feeds for news programmes and television broadcasting in the United Kingdom. By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree you must stop using the site immediately. These terms constitute a binding contract under the laws of England and Wales.

Eligibility and permitted use

The site is intended for business users and professionals aged eighteen or over who are lawfully able to enter into contracts. You may use the site only for lawful purposes connected with media production, broadcasting or related services. Personal or consumer use is not authorised. You must not attempt to access restricted areas or use automated tools to scrape or harvest data without prior written consent from premierspoke.

Prohibited conduct

You must not upload or transmit material that is defamatory, obscene, infringing or otherwise unlawful. You must not interfere with the site’s security, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malware, or engage in any activity that disrupts service to other users. The site may contain references to third-party platforms, tools or services used in media workflows. premierspoke does not endorse, control or guarantee the accuracy, security or availability of any third-party offering. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their separate terms.

Availability, changes, suspension and termination

premierspoke aims to maintain continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be suspended for maintenance, security reasons or legal requirements. premierspoke may terminate or restrict access at any time for breach of these terms. Upon termination all licences granted to you cease immediately.

Disclaimers subject to mandatory consumer law

The site and services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, premierspoke excludes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or UK GDPR.

Limitation of liability

Subject to the preceding section, premierspoke’s total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. premierspoke shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of data, profits or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold premierspoke, its officers and staff harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your submissions or your misuse of the service, except to the extent caused by premierspoke’s own negligence or wilful misconduct.

Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in the United Kingdom may also bring proceedings in their local courts. Nothing affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or data protection legislation including UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date

If any provision is found unenforceable the remainder continues in full force.
